About 

I’m Lindsey Lebowitz. I’ve been working as a fundraising professional for nearly 20 years, and I’m so pleased to share my knowledge and experience with you. 

I started my career in prospect research at the University of Colorado Foundation and worked my way up to corporate and foundation relations for the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences for CU Boulder. There, I got my start working with funders and writing grants for complex, transformative initiatives. I went to a similar role at the Colorado School of Mines Foundation and spent five years raising funds for the University of Northern Colorado. Since launching Greater Good Funds, I’ve had the opportunity to raise money for causes supporting education, autism, healthcare, and higher education.  

I received my bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Florida and my master’s degree in educational leadership with an emphasis in higher education from the University of Northern Colorado. Recently, I obtained the Grant Professionals Certification, the only certified grant credential. I'm also a member of the American Fundraising Professionals and the Grant Professionals Association. For my courses, I'm a certified trainer with the Grant Professionals Association and the Certified Fundraising Executive (CRFE).  I enjoy volunteering as a board member for the Berthoud Schools Fund. I look forward to working with you!
